Former RuralCom CEO now pursuing complaints relating to ill-advised retaliatory TNW Wireless PRESS RELEASE of January 22,2019, which contained unproven allegations, earlier dismissed in Canada Labour Claim. Never any RuralCom loans to CEO! Directors failed to take action to care for company records and their negligence is responsible for the loss. Former CEO claims TNW Wireless, Investel Capital Corp. and UAMA have violated whistleblower protections afforded by the SEC and Sorbanes-Oxley Regulations by taking retaliatory action which includes filing of complaint, publication of unfounded and unproven details all in vexatious litigation. This action is a blatant violation of former RuralCom CEO's rights as a documented SEC whistleblower and is an indictable offense, which carries fines and imprisonment of up to 10 years. Litigation may go on for years, though SEC could elect to take action at any time and could put violators in jail! Benoit Laliberte and Lawry Trevor-Deutsch named in complaints and other "moderators" now added to the list. You know who you are! CAVEAT EMPTOR
