PTOI (the stock) has been kept at a mostly sub 5c PPS since October 2014 .. that is 4 years and counting

why did PTOI *see* volume of 1M~ on 1.29.19 (huge chunk of that went off hidden)

last time PTOI saw *volume* of 1M~ (not hidden) was June 2017 .. post $ infusion of 2016 .. pre BoD seated 10/17

pattern change outs .. on (currently) an OTC Survivor that has outlasted NRs' *efforts* for years against it ..

as difficult as it is for NR to accept .. P2O has options .. no one here has a clue as to what will come to pass
but clearly there is a lot of interest .. ;)
