Pimpin, first let me say I appreciate your posts but I found it necessary to be critical or should I say I find myself confused with this one.

You cannot be defending the website can you? It is our 'store' and it is laid out terribly. It needs to be highlighted and pointed out as much as is necessary to get our managers to notice it and fix it. Otherwise people will 'look into the window' and get disgusted and 'walk right by' and go to that other store!!

We need a top notch leading edge website. And if we had a decent site along with our 'trailers' we could get and hold new customers.
