Dear Mr. Lowenthal,
I would like to put a question to you. I think you can help.
You have been the biggest shareholder of FFGO, i.e. about 23% of FFGO by your investment firm Sloan Investments.
You have been President and CEO of North American Gold And Minerals Inc. (Form D Filings with the SEC).
When you left North Amer...., what happened with the Pref A and Pref B deposited with North Amer...? You know these shares are ours and yours (23% of FFGO) liquidation dividends from the sale of Western Mining Inc.by FFGO. These shares can´t disappear. And as President and CEO you have some responsibility.
Further: these shares belong to the shareholders of FFGO - among them you too.
Perhaps the solution to the problem will be in the filings of GNCC Cap., I hope so. the same with the fate of the 15 properties of HGLC. here you have been executive chairman.
I hope you or the -still missing- filings will give the answers.
