Realistically Speaking $VRUS needs to increase $0.50 per share per month to make it to $4 per share by November deadline with AG. I do not see that happening. HOWEVER, as company makes mergers acquisitions,reduce OS by share buyback and acquire more inside buyers/institutions I can see this skyrocketing to meet target.

5 to 6 months company should be looking at reducing SS by buyback shares at this point by $ received with contracts and investments

6 to 7 months Share structure reduced along with Huge Q results new insider investors buying in Stock price per share increasing dramatically
