This poster is a party to legal claims against TNW, and Investel with damages in excess of $1.3M. Further a US-based defamation suit is in the preparation stages in response to the vexatious Press Release from UAMA and TNW Wireless announcing their defamation suit against me. Big problem for them is that they made that claim out of retaliation against a known SEC whistleblower. Needless to say the damages of my defamation suit are potentially crippling to this modest enterprise and it is unlikely they have the money either corporately or individually to satisfy the claim. More to the point however, is the retaliatory action they took and the fact that I have filed a retaliation claim against TNW Wireless, UAMA, Benoit Laliberte and Lawry Trevor-Deutsch. That is an indictable offence under US law (Dodd-Frank and Sarbanes-Oxley and could result in federal charges with the potential for incarceration in the USA.
