Investel Capital Corp will need to put up $2.8M to complete the purchase of RuralCom Corporation by December 7, 2019. If that doesn't happen they will lose the spectrum licences and the network assets. Where will they get the $2.8M? More importantly where is the upside now that the CRTC has turned down their Part 1 Appication. Build out more coverage and start building a subscriber base. Not likely as this management team has no experience running a wireless business and they will need expansion capital to do that. Given Benoit Laliberte, CEO of UAMA is a convicted criminal it's not likely that any lender will finance it. Raise it in the public markets? Not likely. Reg D capital raise? I think not as prohibition to convicted criminal officers.
