But Bishop, being the scoundrel that he is, tried to slander the man instead with an email (rather than a proper PR) that duped shareholders into thinking it was he that ended the business relationship but only served to tank the share price to where it still is today.

So Will Waldron countered by correctly informing shareholders of the real reasons behind the termination of the merger and then released a video for the 'duped' kool-aid drinkers that still believed Bishop's BS - despite the obvious documented truth of the situation.
