OK. Business 101. Why trade the portion of the business (Caravel) that is supposed to generate $20 million in revenue this year for controlling interest in SQCC, which produces $0 revenue and negative net worth.
Easy Answer—-is one of two things:
1) the CEO is an idiot or
2) the CEO is shady and in cahoots with the Insiders
