Yes ...it’s called segregation of duties under Sarbanes Oxley regulations. Not sure if it will limit uplist but can limit clean resolve of internal control weakness.....head scratcher why they don’t hire one ......find me a Nasdaq company that doesn’t have a CFO ....not being critical and I’m long but want them to hire a CFO ASAP
