10q Note 7 – Related Party Transactions

The Company’s largest shareholder is also its principal lender. As of January 31, 2019 and April 30, 2018, the Company owed its largest shareholder, under a secured lending agreement, $1,000,000. Under the existing loan agreement, as amended, the maximum amount of the loan is $1,250,000, and the loan matures on October 31, 2020. The largest shareholder of the Company owns 271,371,454 shares of common stock, or 36% of the 749,706,712 shares issued and outstanding.

I AM NOT CONCERNED ABOUT THIS LENDER DEMANDING PAYMENT BECAUSE IT WOULD BE SEVERELY DETRIMENTAL TO THERE ABILITY TO COLLECT. NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

The largest shareholder of the Company owns 271,371,454 shares of common stock, or 36% of the 749,706,712 shares issued and outstanding.

They will most likely continue funding and or renegotiate terms. In any case there are basically NO MORE SHARES available to use as debit financing. (THEY’VE GOT ALLOT OF SKIN IN THE GAME!!! THAT GIVES ME CONFIDENCE GOING FORWARD)

VSTR OWNS POSITIONS IN SEVERAL OPERATING COMPANIES AND ALSO PROVIDES ONGOING SERVICES TO THOSE COMPANIES (generating revenue).
VSTR HAS TURNED THE CORNER AND IS ON ITS WAY WAY UP.

THIS IS THE GROUND FLOOR FOR BUYING A SEC CURRENT COMPANY WITH FANTASTIC POTENTIAL TO GROW RAPIDLY. . ALL IMO
