There is a HUGE difference between a "CLINIC MANAGER", onsite and operationally involved at the clinic, and being the legal "MANAGING OFFICER" of an LLC. T. Gradel was the legal Managing Officer, not the clinic manager.

Likewise, I find zero evidence that Theodore Gradel was present at any of the FDA inspections, or that

"GRADEL TRIED" TO "BLOCK and PREVENT THEIR [FDA] ENTRANCE TO THE CLINIC" -FALSE

-or-

DENIAL OF ENTRANCE to the clinic was an action by Theodore Gradel as written-up in one of the several FDA 483 WARNINGS issued to the clinic. -FALSE

LMAO...FACT CHECK DING DING DING......

I did read the following text from the FDA's letter written to Kristin Comella found here

The FDA investigators also documented that you impaired their ability to conduct the April-May 2017 inspection. For example, you delayed the inspection by refusing to allow entry except by appointment only and denied the investigators access to your employees.

So it seems reasonable that T.Gradel was not involved in the day-to-day operations of US Stem Cell Clinic and if so, that might be the reason he signed the Decree.
