But that doesn’t really make sense either. Investing in a company with 12 million 1.50 warrants on the books is more attractive than one with an additional 12 million shares that were issued for free. One thought that did occur to me is perhaps the BOD’s thinks it needs additional votes for a reverse merger or a buyout.
