How would management justify giving away 12 million shares without an enforceable agreement to get something in return? Well, either there was such an agreement that has to be disclosed, and they haven’t disclosed it, or there is no agreement. All material agreements must be disclosed in an 8k within 4 business days. This, to me, is a mystery. Unless management is clueless enough to provide free shares on the mere hope of getting something in return, it makes no sense. No, they are not that stupid, regardless of the claims to the contrary that will be stated in response to this message.
