Why can't the NOLs be utilized? If business is continued thru BioAmber Sarina, then with a restructure, i would see it more than possible that multiple restructure specialists could make it a meaningful transaction for all stakeholders.
Yes 80m+ in debt, but with some effort and extended time, it is possible, no?
