Well... "Investment banker" can mean many things. I doubt he's talking about Goldman Sachs. There are some institutions that can and do call themselves investment banks that do work with not-so-hot companies. Ladenburg Thalmann is one.

We don't really know anything about Keer's supposed venture. He says he has years of experience in the water treatment business. But what does that mean? Has he just worked for water treatment companies and thinks he wants to run one of his own, or is that experience more significant?

Naturally his being hooked up with William White and the other ANDI people is a big red flag. When did we first hear about SWS? Not really all that long ago. Keer brought it into ANDI, and now he wants to spin it off? Why didn't he just keep it for himself to begin with? And what on earth makes him think he can just write a registration statement and take it to the Nasdaq? It's not that simple.
