News flash: It’s now official. GTHP is out-of-business. It’s lights out, phones out, emails out, website shut-down just a matter of time. CEO is absconding with investors’s funds. Any GTHP stockholder can now file a criminal or civil complaint against this failed and incompetent CEO as well as management for squandering investors’s funds. Few investors have already logged complaint at SEC. but SEC is asleep. If any investor want to file a criminal complaint in Atlanta GA where this company is jurisdiction at?
