I bought 12s and sold 15 16s last week ONLY because the OS was at 1 billion, according to OTC. That update was marked 3-15-19. Now, it's over 1.3 billion, and the play is under .001. I know what I saw, and I know why I bought and sold. I would not have even gotten in if it wasn't a low marker. I am in to win, so don't take me as knocking what's going on. I just know what I trade.
