Hey MS - There were a couple of us, including PhD, you me, Cp, etc., who were asking the same questions back in Sept/Oct. timeframe. Wouldn't a higher pps (truly reflecting the valuation) help the CMTH mgmt get better term in financing for lesser number of shares?

At least I know I was not happy with the responses/answers I received back then. But, also, I am about 1yr into investing (10 months back then) so, I left it to the experts to 'sort' things out. AND........Here we are!

That said, I am always going back to my original reasons for investing in CELZ - I kept buying all the way to 0.06 and have held on since then):

1. I believe in the technology - though the timelines may have shifted - meaning, as you said, eventually the financials will be reflected in the pps (even without open/transparent/frequent communications from the MGMT)

and

2. This group of people have done this before - I was not there and was not part of it, and I don't know if the previous experience was similar or different. But, the results were there. and I am counting on a 'repeat' of that.

So, all said and done, I am still holding Long and Strong!
