Yes Richard. If you look you will see that the company put out their Annual financial last night. And they are " Audited " financials. The info you seek is in there. But it is a long reading document.

The company handling the Placement offerings is Maxim Capitol Group . They are located in NYC- Chrysler BLDG. . I have spoken to them. They are listed with FINRA.

I look for the R/V to come soon. Perhaps next week. And to be around 25 to 1; not the forecast 75/1. Keep in mind that these are " MY " estimates and not any other. But once the R/V occurs, the up lift to Nasdaq should follow not to long after.

Again, this is all my opinion. The new yearly report is full of much positive potential when you read it all. But life has NO 100% promises!

Nice to hear from you Richard. Hope you do well here. I have held this stock most of the time over the last 4-5 years. Maybe longer. I believe in the Product, the need, and solidly in the Team.
