The press release is not a legal document. The lawsuit and filings are. When they say "Cardinal" they are saying all of Cardinal. That means anyone at anytime. 60 more days! We have heard that before. Any company that gets named in a fraud suit and doesn't respond immediately unheard of. They won't file.
