Hmmm. I thought I heard this possibility mentioned somewhere before...at least 6 months ago.

Commodities are a game of volume and turnover. Knowing big competitors are lurking in the shadows, does this make you more optimistic or skeptic?

I wonder if the big competitors have already established relationships with other corporations...say a large beer company, or a large tobacco company?

No special sauce means no competitive edge.

Self GRAS not such a big deal these days.
