Nj.. votes next week on Recreational Weed. The report of how to convict driving high, was trained officers and video. The statement that caught my ear, said they have been convicting drunk drivers without breathalyzer this way.
On my vacation last oct. I met a RMCP officer whom informed me there was Technology however it was not available to them yet. ( this was in the form of a breath test ) that would show recency of use. He did not know the company name. As well he said their drug impairment training was ramping up. I’m still a believer. Blozf is going to be a check in the mail .. some day upwards of 10 bucks... at least. Glta..
