The float will balloon to over a billy in the near future assuming they sell the full offering. Maybe, just maybe that is why this isn’t going anywhere near .01 . So they are current, excellent and bravo for doing what they said they were going to do and poof for those who did not think it was going to happen, however going current with a pending bloater of 1B share offer at .005 ain’t gonna do nada for Vtxb. Only some real hard fact PR and a promo or two is gonna get this to move, and I certainly do not discount that happening and will be ready
