Methinks that all this litigation is a smokescreen for another failed enterprise. I'm doing my part to challenge these fraudsters and convicted criminals and others should double down and test the depth of their capital reserves. Doubt they can stay the course of legal battles for long, especially when challenged to spend more and spend it quicker. They use the courts to intimidate though they may have a chance to test their own resolve quickly. CCAA Proceedings (bankruptcy) in Canada of Navigata-Westel et al will wrap up soon after over 2 years and that will result in a flood of law suits from creditors. They are the authors of their own fate and I suspect that they cannot continue for long.
