BIVI Disclosures:
*Lots of SEC Form 4 (insider buying) filings recently by BIVI; some forms with exercisable dates dating back to 2017 and 2018 - any reason why they would be filing recently if the exercisable dates were well before the attorney signed off on them for SEC filing? Re-certification by attorney required after a certain time period? Possible uplisting to another exchange? Keeping current?
