Can someone point me to the KOOLAID stand wherethey are giving out these interest bearing bonds for FREE????

I would love to grab some - It seems like such a good deal. YOu pay nothing and get interest bearing bonds for free.

This is almost as good a deal as my Friend Mutumbo over in Nigeria who I am helping out of a little pickle concerning some $30 Million USD his great uncle left him.
