Exactly right. People really should read up on the laws on RICO, punitive damages, etc. There is a reason that the calculations put the defendants’ exposure at $280 million or so if this went to trial. That does not mean that is what CMG would have been awarded or what the actual settlement is. But the people guessing the settlement is $10 million are not likely to be accurate. I don’t expect $200 million but it isn’t going to be peanuts either. Opening an office in Manhattan requires some cash. If it were some piddling amount, CMG would have just taken it to trial.

Everyone should do their own DD. Read all of the documents. Make your own conclusions. Realize what you see here. I know I do and I will not be selling my shares cheaply.
