I do not fully trust anyone that was involved with the the old project. Or, do I trust anyone on a public chat board. I am not OK with anything that occurred under the Quilliam management. With the exception of the incredibly fun shareholders meetings that were held at the mill. To the best of my knowledge Earll Excavation was paid in shares for equipment and work done. In my opinion he had the right to sell his shares in order to feed his family and to pay his bills. In the end he was owed a lot of money. He was not an insider. He was a just local businessman that got used. He took them to court. He won.
All of the money big was made by the Quilliam crime family along with their board members and mouth piece Rich Kaiser. They sold and diluted - crushing the share price for years before anyone figured out that they were scamming.
The story of WEM was quite compelling and I will be watching from the sidelines (for now) with great interest
