1. MEC's Securities litigation against SHMP, GDSI and FLCN's CEO William J. Delgado, his River North Equity LLC, Delgado's brother-in-law Rod Zalunardo, Kenneth Maciora, and Maciora's business, Empire Relations Group, is active and ongoing.

2. William J. Delgado was termed for cause. He didn't challenge this statement in MEC's SEC filings. His Answer to MEC's Complaint is a blanket denial. His time will come to prove he "walked away" which we all know is not likely since he received a Settlement Agreement. Delgado's River North Equities LLC is also a named Defendant.

3. MyECheck is not run by Mr. Starrs. It is a Wyoming corporation run by Kenneth Maciora. How funny it is that you think Maciora has certified himself as a moron. Maciora's home address is in the linked Wyoming filing. Click on the Parties link to see his name.

4. Mr. Starrs hasn't been charged with a Complaint in Eldorado County since January of 2017. He is not incarcerated in the Eldorado County Jail. He may have served a portion of his sentence on February 8. The charge against Mr. Starrs is DUI and violation of the terms of his prior sentencing agreement. Mr. Starrs likely has an addiction problem, like many people across the globe.

5. I never stated MEC was a high-quality company. I did state Delgado is being sued.
