No... The suspension will NOT "fall off", even if they do file. Its's to late. Hell the SEC already started administrative hearings to revoke CEGX stock registration. And it's a given that that will happen, they all do, even if by some miracle they did file and they can't file as they would incriminate the lot of them. CEGX the stock will no longer exist in about 3 months. and until then CEGX will trade on the Grey Market with no bid and no Ask published. All one will see are Time and sales in L2.
