No idea on outstanding shares. Are TEUFF shareholders holding worthless shares? Yes, but Travis Tadlock who at one time was one of the largest shareholders is pursuing a legal case. Remains to be seen whether anything will come of it since Bodoroglou is a Greek citizen and outside the purview of US law. However, the SEC and SDNY take a dim view of foreigners (and their attorneys) who knowingly and fraudulently take advantage of shareholders.
