The GOOD NEWS is they sure are working with the OTC to get it current. It all can happen within hours.

The way it works is, OTC compliance has a bunch of guys (it is mostly women whenever I have talked). When a case is opened like this one, it is assigned to one case worker and he/she will work with the Co to get everything done. So someone from the company can talk to that person as and when needed during working hours until it is done. The downside is if that person called in sick for a few days then your work is stopped.

So if the OTC raised some issue, then the Co can get it fixed, submit it again and call in the caseworker and he/she can approve it while on the phone. Then it will show "current" right away online. It can all happen in minutes.

Fools argue to win, so stay away from them and still say Thank you.
Smart people argue to seek the truth and say "Thank You" when they find that they are wrong.
