Hello!

It is very interesting but not a surprise that there is new interest in mining the War Eagle Mountain through the Sinkler tunnel

There is most likely plenty of gold and silver still inside of War Eagle Mountain. I've been there twice. I have seen the mill in full production. I have held dore bar in my hand that was smelted before my eyes. I have seen the mineralized veins in and around the sinkler tunnel. I have talked in depth with the former company geologist Roger Scammell. I have also talked in depth about the legends and history surrounding the area with several locals. I've even been inside of the Sinkler tunnel. The tons of so-called tailings that are spread around the properties still have gold and silver to be extracted. BUT there were (are) a lot of road blocks, expenses, and unanswered questions, to be sure.

First, I would like to say that in my opinion Bill Earll is good guy. Bill was rightfully awarded the properties and claims in a court of law. I met Bill on my first trip out there and he was very proud to show off his work. He along with the entire local work force (as well as the common shareholders) were conned and screwed over by RK, PQ, and his family of fraudsters. I don't think that they ever really intended to mine anything but the shareholders savings accounts. This could again be the case with DSCR? Time will tell.

The road work and building construction that Earll did up there was nothing less than impressive. Many of the locals there fully believed in the project. So much so that they were willing to work for common stock shares and not for actual cash.

The original plan was to finance the mining operation from the Gold and Silver profits extracted from the tailings left there by the old timers. We were told that it could be done without toxic chemicals. Over the course of years, I learned that due to a high iron content the ore tailings required a cyanide chemical process to fully extract the remaining gold and silver that was not permitted or wanted by the local environmentalists. There was also incredible danger and expense to access the known mineralized veins through the tunnel. The tunnel did offer access to the veins but the mine shafts above were filled with water that first needed to be drained somehow. Also, there was some question as to who owned the mineral rights to the numerous properties involved above the tunnel.

Having said all that, a lot of infrastructure has already been built at the expense of former company shareholders like me. So, this new project has a huge head start. The biggest question here for me is how all the future work will get financed without diluting the common share to death. I think that IF they have the claims and permits, core drilling should be done ASAP to prove that the historical assays were legitimate. If the historical assessments were true, there will be a lot of money made here one day. I just don't know if it will be the common shareholders that will reap any of the rewards.

Peace and Good luck to all!
