Yep, just as I thought.... this is nothing more than a huge, ongoing scam and the proof is in the fact that everyone has not received their multi-million dollar buy back offers and while we wait for this stock to do its thing, we have missed out on becoming millionaires due to the fact that we put our money in ATWT rather than the other 100s of PK stocks that have gone to the moon and beyond????

MEMPHIS, TN--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 13, 2006 -- ATWEC Technologies (Other OTC:ATWT.PK - News) announced today that the company has finalized closure of the Regulation D, Rule 504, offering. The appropriate forms were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 13, 2006. No further dilution of the float is anticipated at this time.
The company has also instructed its Designated Advisor for Disclosure[b/] to investigate the short position in outstanding shares. Recent decline in price per share suggests a larger naked short position than previously believed.
