Pure nonsense.
If anybody believed there is a future with DMAN and that the PPS is heading higher, there would be buying.

Heck- if anybody believed that the PPS is going back to the recent 2 cents, today's half cent represents a screaming buy.

Conspiracy theories don't jibe with the direction of the PPS and the volume, or the lack thereof.
