IMO, very few even know what google analytics is. i sure dont expect any to log on to google webmaster tools and get high tech. those links, including Alexa, are good enough for general audience and are not far off at all. U are correct there are more accurate methods if u want to get down to 100% fine-detail.
one has to pay for Alexa to get the heavy detail info but the free page is always accurate on general trend / direction
bottom line is- POTN PR pure fakery with the "1m page views in 10 weeks" claim. and they didn't even state "unique" page views. it's fluffy Fugaze.
High Times is a giant. potnetwork mag is a gnat. for a supposed self proclaimed "competitor" mag in the cannabis sector, potnetwork mag couldn't even bother to show up at Spannabis let alone cover it with editorial.
but hey these pr's make for great day trading.
