Exactly, That's why position size in the OTC is insignificant, not to mention limited share availability to borrow in the first place.

As stated in FINRA’s rules, “$2.50 per share or 100 percent of the current market value, whichever amount is greater, of each stock "short" in the account selling at less than $5.00 per share”

The claim of massive OTC Shorty is simply a diversion.
