There is no such thing as "NEWC shareholders".

That former stock was revoked by the SEC and was deleted by FINRA.

Even after all this time, some don't understand the concept of "12(j)Registration Revoked by SEC."

Think that what is meant is former NEWC shareholders. Or more accurately, former holders of New Colombia Resources, Incorporated Common Stock. The part in bold is also from FINRA's website.
