*One assumes,and certainly implied, at quick glance that Jimmy is "head honcho" at Hempistry, but i suspect, it is a (self appointed?) title as a minority shareholder overlooking a more limited role involved with Hempistry capital structure..

SGMD has issued multiple Hempistry and hemp related PRs,and has pumped several Hempistry KY grow photos, and Jimmy now headlines his Linkedin Hempistry Bio as company Chairman..Imo, Edgar filing listing (P&S Ventures) Hempistry CEO Patrick McMahon is also Hempistry Chairman..https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1746739/000152013818000197/xslFormDX01/primary_doc.xml

Why the big deal with Jimmy's Linkedin?..Most certainly, Hempistry Chairman optics "sell" well...And, if it can actually be confirmed Jimmy is Hempistry Chairman, the potential huge..Say no more! Bam!!..I would absolutely love,love,love to confirm Jimmy Hempistry Chairman.. But, as i suspect, Jimmy is "embellishing" his Hempistry leadership role, it's just part of an overall deceptive scheme.."Slippery Jimmy?"..Don't understand why we can't confirm any (even partial) $1m Hempistry investment in financials 7 months later and why SGMD/Hempistry won't respond to clarify Jimmy's Hempistry Chairman position..??..Is this really to much to ask?
