As I understand it, they throw the assets of Cinemax in the QBID shell in exchange for 80% of the QBID stock....i.e. we get 20% of Cinemax. That takes Cinemax public. The next move I don't know. (I wish I'd saved the PR.) All I can see is that they will want to raise the value of the stock, perhaps to sell some, and that will give current QBID holders value as well.
My OTHER answer is, who the hell knows........
