Yep he may as well flip the switch on another reverse split and bleed a 3rd crop of shareholders dry b4 abandoning the IPCI shell and peddling his wares in China by some time next year!

He has already succeeded in stretching out this dilution machine longer than I thought he would as I thought by spring 2019 he would've already ran out of options for his ongoing dilution machine endeavors...so he's probably got another year left to try to sucker as many penny players as he can.

It's just hilarious how he continues diluting 10's of millions of dollars and paying 50 employees to deliver NOTHING year after year after year!

It's beyond comical now...it's even past the ludicrous stage...as no-one knows what IPCI's 50 employees even get paid for anymore besides showing up and collecting weekly paychecks hahahaha
