silent ways....Just how hard would it be to clarify? A tweet? Because they have not leads me to believe that we should fear the worse. Larger A/S. That in itself is not a threat...it is the use of the new A/S limit to issue more shares.

Increasing the A/S is logical. Why not allow for some leeway IN CASE there is need IN THE FUTURE to attain a new acquisition for example. Practical to do so WITHOUT any real dilution (new shares vs. value of acquisition balances each out).

But the fact this 'easy' clarification appears to be so 'hard' lends credence to fearing operational needs only will jack up the O/S.
