I try not to go down the rabbit hole of "what ifs" for Data443. There are so many "what ifs" out there that it can be very exhausting and mostly useless to chase them (at least until one comes true).

I'll worry about the Chinese ownership if it comes to a head.
Besides, business law is clear that if issues were only prepared for the Chinese owner and NOT issued, then the burden of ownership falls to the Chinese to prove they provided consideration (product or service) in fulfilling a contract with the former LDSR for the fair amount of 1.5 bil shares. Then the stocks should be issued...but not until. Good luck with that. lol

I'll think about a filing extension if that happens.
