Big Tobacco would "bankrup themselves".

Sure thing having a collective global worth in the hundreds of billions of dollars. Not if the FDA beauracracy is involved.

That has already been evident here in the states. The slow crawl to advance their (FDA) anti tobacco so called agenda has produced nothing of substance lately.

And the MSA that was agreed to years ago is just a way for BT to pay off the member states to collect dirty money to load their respective state coffers for smoking.

If memory serves me, the last significant curtailment was banning cigarette commercials on television decades ago!! With little or no effect on smoking and the health of smokers.
