I believe no legitimate individual or representative will respond to the filing.
The former LDSR has been defunct or sued beyond continuing operations since around 2009 or so.
Since Jason, in good terms, bought what was represented as a clean shell, there should have been no former ownership of any kind in the shell. Even if there was, that's a suit to be filed against the seller of the shell for misrepresentation or fraud. Then any former obligations would have to be paid by the seller of the shell.

No worries here ... all roads lead to no Chinese ownership. One way or another.
