Exactly Rainer, this is about patience, if you read the pr's and SEC filing 8K's, it spells out the whole game plan. SEC Filings are and will get completed first by ~April 15th. In the meantime, they have added 2 of the 5 new advisory members, then after they finish the filings they will go "OTC Markets Pink Current Status", and then you will see this merger/deal for e-bicycles, e-sccoters, ev-cars etc. with a well known, successful company that has many proven products over 17 years that are already on sale in Canada. ETFM will be the way for this Canadian company to get their products into the USA Market.

The dd is rock solid here. Our timing was just off. But if you read the pr's and 8K's its all there to see. Load the cheapies, bring your cost average down. Hang tight. No worries here.
