Maybe the German company that was going to pay 6 million up front, 120 million total could in at 15-20 million cash total price. Seems like that's a great discount for them and we could get maybe 3-6 cents per share. The one good thing we have going for us is that there's 3 parties who want Bertilimumab. Unfortunately they each know what the other offers were now that its in the filings. But they've done the due diligence and all really want the drug at this point.

Cant get over the filing- Discover is really the worst. They did every dirty trick there is- even demanded IMNP pay for a stock promoter at 30k per month. Kirkland didn't want to know anything about Bertilimumba when he loaned the money because he wanted to be able to trade the stock himself- he asked to not receive any non public materiel info. Then later when he found out about the offers, tried to foreclose.
