Krikland and Discover are complete crooks. Everyone needs to read today's filing. It reads like a movie. As soon as they told Kirkland the offers they were getting for Berilimumab, kirkland tried to foreclose so he could take over the company for a 2 million loan and sell the assets himself. he is a scumbag. Period. They had an offer 12.5 million up front, 45 million total from a "major" US company come in on Feb 7th. Another one was 6 million up front, 120 million total from a German Company. If Discover had held off on the sale so we didn't have to file BK, we would be at 10-20 cents right now. Unbelievable. They still have offers but now the parties are coming back lower - I'm sure they think they can get a better deal now that we are in BK. It looks like there were 3 offers. SInce there is competition, I think there's a good chance they will come back with higher offers. Plus, if they remove any future payments and go all cash, then maybe they will come in with more upfront then before. We need to have at least 10 million or so cash in my opinion for the shareholders to get anything.
