Welcome. FDA makes the rules and double blind study nobody knows for sure who has the placebo but I guess when there are some people getting extraordinary results it’s almost impossible from the placebo. Video below was good explanation of the phase 2 results and the phase 3 trial, not sure if you saw this but I feel all is lined up for $BCLI.
